12 Wild Cards
This year there were 12 Wild Cards in the game. With all numbers 1 & 2 of all National Finals going straight to the Global Grand Final, all numbers 3 had the chance to claim their spot in Amsterdam on a wild card. They made video pitches that people could vote for on this website.
